Managing your email addresses is a critical component of maintaining the security and functionality of your Wickie Support account. Below are guidelines on handling email addresses associated with your account.
Log in to your account via Wickie app.
Click "Explore" and then "Profile".
Find the "Contact Information" section.
Click "+" sign to add a new email.
Enter your new email address (email).
Confirm the change with the 2FA verification method you use.
Click "Save".
After the successful change, you can log in to your account with your new email address. If you want to be contacted at this email address, you should send us e request to support@wickie.io.
Please note, Wickie support does not allow users to delete old email addresses, but setting your preferred new email as default ensures uninterrupted functionality of your account.
