1. Click Rewards & Recognition inside of settings
2. Click "Add New Type"
3. Click "Upload Banner Image". We recommend the banner size of 850 X 220 PXLS)
4. Enter the name of the recognition type.
5. Click the "Enter description" field.
6. Assign a points value if you prefer. We recommend keeping it at 0 so everyone can send recognition, not just those with points.
7. Click "Add Type"
