In Uniteam you can send recognition privately in two different ways.
Send using the recognition tile on the home page and user profile page:
Note: This way does not allow a message, only a recognition type.
1. Click "Select employees or groups"
2. Select the employee
3. Click "Apply"
4. Select a recognition banner
5. Click "Send Recognition"
Send using the recognition icon in chats:
1. Click this image.
2. Select the recognition type desired
3. Click the "Points" field to edit the default points
4. Type an additional message
5. Click "Send"
