There are several ways to send recognition across the platform:
Through the activity feed
1. Enable recognition by clicking on this toggle.
2. Click the recognition type desired and alter the points if necessary
3. Click "Select Employees"
4. Click this button to select the employee
5. Click "Apply"
6. Write an additional message
7. Click "Post with Recognition"
Using the "Send Recognition" tile on the home page:(Private)
1. Click "Select employees or groups"
2. Select the employee
3. Click "Apply"
4. Select a recognition banner
5. Click "Send Recognition"
Via chat (private)
1. Click this image.
2. Select the recognition type desired
3. Click the "Points" field to edit the default points
4. Type an additional message
5. Click "Send"
