1. Click "Chat"

3. Click create new space.
4. Name the space and describe the space.
5. Click "Space Image"
6. Select the visibility of the space.
7. Click "Create"

8. Click space settings.
9. Click "Manage Members"
10. Click "Members Config"
11. Click "Add new employee"
12. Select the employees
13. Click "Apply"
14. Click "Save Changes"
