What Is a Feed Admin?

A Feed Admin manages a specific feed (or community) and helps keep it relevant and organized.

Posting Rules:

  • Feeds are open-post—any member can post

  • The Main Feed is the exception; only platform Admins can post there

Feed Admins can:

  • Add or remove members (for private feeds)

  • Edit the feed’s name, description, and visibility

  • Post updates

  • Review and remove flagged posts

Feed Admins cannot:

  • Assign platform roles

  • Manage users outside the feed

  • Access analytics or platform settings

They can see all members of the feed, but only manage them within the feed.


What Is a Space Admin?

A Space Admin manages a chat-based Space—like a store, department, or topic group.

Space Admins can:

  • Rename the Space

  • Add or remove members

  • Create and manage Subspaces

  • Adjust posting permissions (e.g. reply/reaction only)

  • Delete messages if needed

Space Admins cannot:

  • Assign platform roles

  • Access analytics or manage users platform-wide


How Are They Assigned?

Feed and Space Admins are assigned by the creator of the Feed or Space.

  • You can assign multiple Admins

  • Admins can be updated anytime

  • Platform Admins can assist if needed
