What are Giveable Points?

Giveable points are used to recognize teammates. You send them, and the recipient can redeem them for rewards.

🧼 TL;DR:

These are points you send to others as recognition. Once sent, they instantly become redeemable points for the recipient.

✨ What Are Giveable Points?

Giveable points are your personal recognition budget. They're meant to be shared—not saved.

  • You can send them to teammates in posts or chats

  • Once sent, they become redeemable points for the other person

  • They cannot be converted back or spent by you

Think of it as your way to say “great job” with more than just words.

📦 Where Do They Come From?

Your company controls how giveable points are distributed:

  • Managers may get a monthly budget to recognize their team

  • All users might receive points during campaigns

  • Admins assign them manually or through scheduled distributions

🚫 What You Can’t Do

  • You can’t redeem your own giveable points

  • You can’t transfer them back to yourself

  • You can’t convert them to redeemable points on your own

💡 Pro Tip:

Don’t hoard your giveable points—use them to build trust and boost morale.
Example: Send 100 points to someone who helped cover a shift, or give a shoutout in the feed for a job well done.
