Recognition Leaderboard Explained

The Recognition Leaderboard shows the most recognized people across your company—based on how many shoutouts they’ve received.

Updated over 5 months ago

🧼 TL;DR:

  • Shows top-recognized team members company-wide

  • Based on number of recognitions received, not points

  • Appears on the Home screen

  • Resets weekly or monthly

What Is the Recognition Leaderboard?

The Recognition Leaderboard highlights the most celebrated people in your organization. It updates automatically and shows who’s received the most recognition shoutouts over the current cycle.

📍 You’ll find it on your Home screen (if your company has it enabled).

How It Works

  • Each time someone receives a recognition post, it counts as 1

  • The leaderboard tallies how many shoutouts each person has received

  • Points and givers don’t matter—just total recognitions

  • It resets on a weekly or monthly basis (based on admin settings)

Admin Controls

Admins can choose:

  • Whether the leaderboard is visible

  • Whether it resets weekly or monthly

  • How many top-recognized names appear (e.g. top 3, top 10)

The leaderboard is always company-wide, not filtered by team or location.

Why It Matters

The leaderboard helps:

  • Highlight teammates who consistently go above and beyond

  • Reinforce company values and positive behavior

  • Encourage peer-to-peer recognition

  • Make everyday impact more visible

💡 Pro Tip:

Don’t wait for big moments—recognize people in real time. Every shoutout helps build a culture of appreciation.
