No user prompts or uploaded information will leave this secure environment or be used to train open AI models. Similarly, no open internet sources or links will used in Access Evo's features.

As with all Access products, data will only be shared with you if you have the appropriate permissions and controls in place. Even though one of the superpowers of AI is to process vast quantities of data at sub-second speed, the use of AI within Access Evo will insist on these user permissions and controls to avoid inadvertent breaches in confidentiality.

Access Evo's Copilot can assist with concepts of a confidential or sensitive nature, allowing your teams to use it in complete confidence. The Access Group's policy is to keep an individual's use of a feature completely confidential. No one else in the organisation can access what you have used Copilot to generate, and your own use will be deleted after 30 days.
