Unplex uses Single Sign-On — no separate password required. Log in at app.unplex.ai using your existing Google, Microsoft personal, or Microsoft work/school account.

Two-factor authentication is mandatory for all accounts. You will be prompted to set this up on first login.

After your first login you will be guided through a short product tour covering the main areas of the platform: AI Workspace, Projects, and the Word Add-in. The tour takes approximately three minutes and can be replayed at any time from the Help menu.

From the dashboard, click New Project. Give it a name and choose whether it is private or shared with your team. Every analysis, research query, and document upload in Unplex lives inside a project.

Go to Project Settings → Integrations and connect your preferred cloud storage: SharePoint, OneDrive, Google Drive, or Dropbox. This allows Unplex to access documents directly from your existing storage without uploading them manually.

For SharePoint, you will need your Microsoft 365 credentials and appropriate read/write permissions on the relevant document libraries. See Connecting Cloud Storage for a full walkthrough.

Go to Settings → Members and invite colleagues by email. Assign each member an account role (Owner, Admin, or Member) and a project role (Owner, Editor, or Viewer) as appropriate.

The Word Add-in brings Unplex directly into Microsoft Word — no copy-pasting, no tool switching. Install it from the Microsoft AppSource marketplace or via the Download Editor button inside the Unplex app.

Open a contract in Word with the Add-in active, or upload a document directly into your project. Use the AI Workspace to ask a question or trigger a contract review. Unplex will return a structured, source-backed assessment within seconds.
