What are check-ins?

Check-ins help you quickly and easily log your mood, and add additional context when you want to.

Check-ins help UpBeing understand the connect between what you do and how you feel. They also add colour and shape to your orb allowing you to reflect on how you're feeling and share with your loved ones and your communities.

All check-ins start with a quick, simple, emotional reflection that asks for your attitude, and energy level. Then, based on those answers you'll be dropped into a mood grid with a selection of moods that you're likely feeling based on your attitude and energy levels.

Once you've selected your mood, you'll be taken to a screen with a list of more specific, optional reflections to add context to your mood check-in.

Add context to your mood check-in with reflections on productivity, motivation, sleep, life satisfaction, and UpBeing's in-app journal that helps you reflect in a more free-form way. While these reflections aren't necessary, they will power deeper, more meaningful insights for you.

To get the most out of UpBeing, we recommend checking in a minimum of 2-3 times per day. Check-ins can all be completed in under a minute.
