When you connect your calendar to UpBeing, you enable UpBeing to gather important context on your behaviours through your calendar that can be combined with your check-in data to help you understand how what you do is related to how you feel.
Connecting your calendar only takes a minute:
Open UpBeing.
Open the side menu and select "Connections"
Under "Your Connections" you'll see a switch for calendars - turn this on. You'll need to give UpBeing permission to view data from your calendars for this to work.
Once turned on, you can choose any calendar on your device to connect (or not connect) to UpBeing.
If at any time you want to add another calendar or remove one, simply return to the "Connections" page and select "Manage" underneath the Calendars section.
