When using the Link iOS app, the 'Add from my Photo Library' hyperlink on the Edit Product screen may become unresponsive or return a permissions error. This most often occurs on new devices or devices that have recently been updated.

Please use the following steps to remedy the issue:

  • In the Upright Link application, tap 'Manage permissions'

  • Under 'Allow Link to Access' tap 'Photos'

  • Likely the access will be set to 'None' or 'Selected Photos'. Change this setting to 'All Photos'

  • Return to the Link application and confirm your ability to access the photos on the device as desired
