How to download and view all data on manifest items created or processed within a given date range

Overview

The downloadable Manifest Items report is a complete history of manifest items created or processed within a given date range. This report details the current status of manifest items, who created the manifest, who processed the manifest, and other high-level tracking details of each manifest item.

How to Access the Manifest Items Report

  1. Click the reports icon in the top right corner of Lister to navigate to the Reports page

  2. Click “Manifest Items” in the left column


How to Download the Manifest Items Report

The Manifest Items report will populate data based on how you want to include manifest items within a given date range. Follow the steps below to create your report.

  1. Time Frame: Select between manifest items created or processed within your date range

  2. Date Range: Select a start and end date for the report

  3. Timezone: Select your desired timezone for the report

  4. Click “Generate report” and optionally enter your email address to send a copy once it’s been created

    • Depending on how much data will be included in the report, this may take several moments to complete

  5. Download the report from the Past Reports section of the reports page or from your email account (if entered in the popup in box 4, above)


Definitions of Report Columns

Once opened in a spreadsheet, the following data is available to view and manipulate as needed:

  • Column A - Manifest Barcode: Control Barcode associated with the Manifest

  • Column B - Manifest Created At: Date and time the manifest was first created

  • Column C - Manifest Processed At: Date and time the manifest was fully processed

  • Column D - Manifest Shipped At: Date and time the manifest was marked as In Transit using Manifest Tracking

  • Column E - Manifest Received At: Date and time the manifest was marked as received using Manifest Tracking

  • Column F - Manifest Status: Current Manifest status

  • Column G - Manifest Notes: Any notes added to the manifest

  • Column H - Item Description: Description of each manifest item

  • Column I - Item Barcode: Manifest item barcode

  • Column J - Item Accepted: True or False output to show if the item was accepted

  • Column K - Reject Reason: Stated rejection reason if a manifest item was not accepted

  • Column L - Creator Username: Teammate who created the manifest

  • Column M - Processor Username: Teammate who processed the manifest

  • Column N - Supplier: Store or source for the manifest

  • Column O - Linked Product SKU: Product SKU of accepted item. This is typically identical to the Item Barcode

  • Column P - Hold Reason: Stated reason why a manifest item is currently on hold

  • Column Q - Missing Reason: Stated reason why a manifest item was marked missing
