  • Advanced Search filter: select/unselect all button for event colors: When searching for events, users can now select/unselect all colors with one button in the advanced search filters.

Seatgeek is the industry’s third-largest exchange by volume, accounting for over 17% of sales. By aggregating listings from Seatgeek, TicketNetwork, and Ticketmaster Resale into the Automatiq feed, it represents over 38% of the industry’s total market share by volume– almost double the leading individual exchange.

  • Seatgeek contains the most competitive pricing from any major exchange. On average, sellers are almost a full percent more competitive with their pricing on Seatgeek than the next exchange. Price more confidently and keep up with the market knowing that you are getting the best prices available in your pricing automation.

For Sync Customers:

There is likely no additional action required. We can authenticate Seatgeek using your Sync integration. If additional steps are required from you or any issues arise on your account, a member of our team will reach out with further instructions for enabling the integration.

Auth0 & Uptick

Uptick has launched a new sign-in process powered by Auth0, the industry standard in single sign-on! You'll now use your "Automatiq ID" to access Uptick.

Your Automatiq ID is a single login that you can use to access various Automatiq products. If you share the same email across multiple Automatiq products, those accounts will now automatically be linked. If you already have logged in via Auth0 on Sync or Lysted with your automatiq ID, that password will be used to login to Uptick.

If you are an Uptick-only Automatiq customer or have not logged into another Automatiq product using Auth0, your existing Uptick login and password should grant you access to your account.

For users who have not logged out since this change was implemented access to Uptick will be restricted. Please log out, clear your browser cache, and log back in to access Uptick.

In rare cases, you may be required to do a "forgot password" upon your next sign-in to set your Automatiq ID password. Be sure to check your spam inbox if you don't see the forgot password email.

If you have any problems signing in, do a "forgot password" to reset your credentials prior to contacting support. Check your spam inbox if you do not see the forgot password email.
