Features and Enhancements for the Office
RFQ - Update Backorder Details
When a user receives a quote response via email outside of Kojo, they need to manually enter the backorder dates of the line item. The backorder date field was missing, thereby preventing any updates by Procurement users.
Now, Procurement users can enter a backorder date so they have a record, and this information also flow through to an issued PO so the Field is aware of the lead time and backordered quantity!
Requisitions Page - Create Draft
Previously on the Requisitions page, a Procurement and/or BackOffice user could only create draft Purchase Order. If one wanted to create a draft Request For Quote instead, a draft PO had to first be created, then changed to a RFQ. Procurement and/or BackOffice users can now more efficiently create a draft RFQ or Hold For Release without needing to use a PO number!
Features and Enhancements for the Field
Show Password on Login Screen
Previously, our Jobsite users could not see their password, which made it harder to successfully log in sometimes. Time is money for the Field, so we added the ability to show the password on the login page!
Prevent Users from Checking Out with 0 Quantity Items
Users are now unable to Checkout if they have items that have zero quantity in their Cart. When a user taps the "Check Out" button with items that have 0 quantity, an error will appear, prompting the user to either delete the 0 quantity line item(s) or update the line item(s) to a positive quantity.
