Adding attachments to an Order is a useful way to organize important information about an order. A few examples of important documents to attach to an Order:
A requisition document
A picture of a packing slip/proof of delivery
A quote that the PO is referencing
An order acknowledgment
These documents can come in all formats, from a wide variety of places. Kojo supports all attachment types and makes it extremely easy to drag and drop from an e-mail, desktop, file folder, Google Drive, Dropbox, or any other cloud storage system.
There are two methods for attaching documents to Orders in Kojo:
Method 1: Drag and drop the attachment into the Order window:
Method 2: Go to the attachments tab and select "Upload Attachment"
