Receiving a Delivery on the Desktop

How to receive deliveries on the desktop, and mark missing, damaged, backordered, etc. items.

You may occasionally receive material via desktop, and have items that are missing, damaged, ect. Here is how you can mark those items as such if you are receiving a delivery on the desktop.   1. Make sure you are working out of the correct Job that you will be receiving a delivery for.

  2. Click on "Receive Deliveries"

  3. Select the PO you would like to receive.

  4. You will see columns for RCVD (Quantity Received), DMG (Quantity Damaged), BO (Quantity Back Ordered), WRG (Quantity Wrong), MISS (Quantity Missing).

  5. You can enter a quantity in any of the corresponding columns for the items to indicate such issues with that item or items on the delivery.

  6. From here, follow the steps you normally take to complete this delivery!

    Delete a Received Delivery

    Ever have someone make a delivery for the wrong order? Not a problem, you can delete deliveries on our desktop platform.

    Please keep in mind this needs to be done on the web (desktop/laptop) version of Kojo! **If you delete a received delivery, please note that it cannot be recovered. This deletion is permanent**

    Start by navigating to the Deliveries section here:

    From here, there are two ways to delete a delivery. The first way is by finding the delivery you want to delete and click on "Options" > then "Delete Delivery".

    The second way to do this is by opening the delivery itself, then clicking "Options" in the top right corner > then click "Delete Delivery".

    Correcting What Was Received on a Delivery

    Was your delivery received incorrectly? Here is how to fix it!

    Please note, the best way to accomplish this is from Kojo Office.

    1. Navigate to the Deliveries Tab

    2. Search for the Delivery you want to delete

    3. Click on the Options Drop-Down Menu to the right of the Delivery you want to delete

    4. Select "Delete Delivery"

    5. Now you will be able to re-receive the delivery in Kojo Jobsite correctly

    6. Select "Confirm" on the pop-up box that appears
