How it Works

Warehouse users can receive purchase orders on desktop similar to receiving orders on Kojo’s mobile app.

Browsing to Warehouse Receiving

  1. On the Office view, browse to Warehouse > Deliveries on the left pane

  2. On the Warehouse view, browse to the Deliveries page on the left pane

Receive an Order

  1. Once on the page, go to the Receive New Delivery tab

  2. You can filter by PO types and jobs to help find what you need more quickly

  3. First, you must select an inventory location to receive into

  4. Second, select your PO

  5. Input the correct quantities in each column.

    1. Item Condition Key: RCV: Received, DMG: Damaged, BO: Backordered, WRG: Wrong Item, MISS: Missing

  6. You can add photos to each line item

  7. To attach photos to the entire receipt, click on the “Attachments” tab

To Bulk Assign Statuses - Receive All

You don’t have to input anything into any columns if all items in your order have the same status. Just tap “Submit Delivery”. For example, if all items have been received without issues click “Received No Issues”.

Assigning Sublocations

After submitting you have the option to assign sublocations to items you are receiving.

Assign All to One Sublocation

The first option is to assign all quantities of all items to one sublocation.

Multiple Sublocations

Or you can assign each item and a custom quantity to multiple sublocations.

Draft Deliveries

  1. Click on the Draft Deliveries tab

  2. Here you can drafts you’ve saved from desktop or mobile to pick back up

Delivery History

  1. Click the Delivery History tab

  2. This screen lists all deliveries for Field and Warehouse. The filter is preset to show only Warehouse delivery receipts.
