How it Works
If you have deliveries to your warehouse that are immediately sent out or staged for field use without being stored in your warehouse, you can “dock bounce” these deliveries while receiving.
To Dock Bounce Warehouse Deliveries
On Web Browse to Warehouse > Deliveries
Select your PO
Update the status of your items
Click “Receive & Pick for Field”
On Warehouse Mobile tap on Receiving
Tap Receive New Delivery
Select your PO
Update the status of your items
Click “Receive & Pick for Field”
This will create a warehouse delivery receipt for accurate representation of where the delivery occurred. At the same time, the system will automatically create a warehouse request (WHREQ) for those items marked received no issues and mark the items on the WHREQ as picked. The field user listed on the PO will be used as the field contact on the WHREQ.
When the items are received into your warehouse the inventory counts will increase for those items and then they will be automatically reduced when the WHREQ is marked as picked by the system - with no extra steps from the user. It is all automated.
