We made some changes to Kojo’s Invoice Matching User Interface. By and large the functionality of the IM product is the same. Invoices get into Kojo the same way (manually, or via email forwarding). Invoices can still be reconciled and approved within Kojo. And Invoices can be linked to an ERP system either via direct integration or an import/export workflow. What has changed is the look and feel of invoice matching functionality within Kojo. The sections below will go into greater detail about those changes.
How it works
Invoice Review Page
Invoice Review Page
Key Changes
Changes in this section are very light.
Note that the old version had only 2 vertical sections. One for the pdf viewer (left) and one for the invoice data (right).
The new version has 3 sections. One for the pdf viewer (left), one for the header level data (right), and one for the line item data (bottom). Splitting up the header level data and line item data makes it more intuitive for the user.
In the second screenshot second screenshot above under the “After” section, note that you can scroll down where you can see totals data and you can also assign a review for invoice approval.
Finally, note that you can expand the line item section by dragging it upward (see last screenshot).
