How to Use Watchlists

The Watchlist is our way to track prospective talent directly from your browser. You can save talent in one click and keep everything organized in a private Watchlist. This article will show you how to use the Watchlist feature.

3. Search for the creator you would like to add to a Watchlist on Instagram

4. Once you've found the creator, click on the Save to Foam button underneath the profile picture.

And that's it! The creator will be added to your private watch list in Foam and on the Chrome Extension. The list will be arranged by date added, and for longer Watchlists, you can search by the creator's handle.

Once you've added the creator to a Watchlist, a talent profile card is created in Foam. The talent profile will include any publicly available information on total followers from Instagram, TikTok, and Youtube. The talent profile card will also include the follower growth rate of those platforms from the last calendar year, if available.

You can find the Watchlist feature between the Content and Lists tabs in Foam (and in the Chrome Extension):

Each Watchlist is private and personal - each manager, co-manager and admin within an agency has their own private watchlist.

If the creator is already in your Watchlist, the icon under the creator's profile picture will say Saved.

If the creator is already managed by your agency, the icon under the creator's profile picture will say Managed.
