How to add a platform to an existing talent profile

Learn how to manually add an additional platform to your existing talent!

Updated yesterday

With Foam, you can manually add platforms to existing talent profiles. Currently, this feature supports TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and YouTube. The only prerequisite is that the talent profile must have at least one linked social account, either a connected (verified) or manually added (unverified) account.

For detailed instructions on how to add your talent using these options, please refer to the following guides:

Adding a platform to an existing talent profile is useful when direct authentication isn’t possible, such as when the talent isn’t part of TTOne. This feature allows you to enrich a talent profile without their direct involvement.

Note: You can currently add one account per platform per talent (e.g., one Instagram account).

Adding additional social platforms

📌 This feature is available to primary talent managers and co-managers.

1. Log in to your Foam account.

2. Click on the three dots within the talent’s profile.

3. Select Edit Platforms.

4. Click Add next to the social account you would like to add to the talent’s profile.

5. Enter the talent’s social handle and click Next.

6. Confirm the account you want to add by clicking "Add".

7. All set! You've added an additional social handle to the creator's account.

Please note: Public data won’t be available for the following accounts:

  • TikTok accounts that are not on TTOne

  • Instagram accounts that are not Business or Creator accounts

  • Snapchat accounts that are not public

However, you will still see a hyperlinked social account icon next to the talent on all rosters, lists, embeds, and in the Chrome Extension.
