1. Log in to your Foam account via a laptop or desktop computer.
2. Click Tools
3. Select Payments in the sub-menu:
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select "Edit" in the bottom right corner.
5. Edit the needed details in step 1 and step 2
6. After Step 2, you’ll be prompted to complete 2-step verification.
If the phone number currently on the account does not belong to you, please contact hello@foam.io so we can reset the number.
7. Complete step 3 and step 4, and that's it! You should see a confirmation message on your screen:
Note: Depending on the changes you make, you may be prompted to complete a compliance review through our payment vendor, Tipalti. This review helps protect sensitive payment information and prevent fraud.
