How to Set Up an Agency Account

Signing up as a talent manager on Foam is a quick and easy process. With just one account, you can manage all your talent and their social platform data effortlessly. Follow these steps to register a Talent Manager account on Foam.

Already have an invitation from your agency?

How to Create an Agency Account

  1. Navigate to the Foam sign-up page using this link: https://id.foam.io/start.

  2. Create your account by:

    • Entering your preferred email address and creating a password, or

    • Selecting Continue with Google, Microsoft, or Facebook (SSO).

  3. Enter your full name and confirm your password to complete the initial setup.

  4. Verify your email address.

    • A verification email will be sent to the email address you used to create your Foam account.

    • Log in to your email inbox and click the Verify Email button in the message we sent.

Note: If you signed up via SSO (Google, Microsoft, or Facebook), this step is automatically bypassed.

5. When prompted, select “No” when asked if you are a Creator and press create account.

6. Complete your company profile by adding your company name.

⚠️ Automatic Joining is Enabled by Default

Automatic Joining is turned on by default. This allows anyone who signs up with an email address that matches your agency’s domain (e.g., @youragency.com) to automatically join your agency.

You can disable this setting if you’d prefer to restrict access.

7. Choose whether to opt in or out of brand deals.

8. Click Done — your agency account has been created!
