Verified talent refers to creators who registered on Foam and connected their social accounts to the platform. Currently, creators can authenticate their TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube accounts on Foam. Once connected, you can access their live content and metrics, which will be pulled directly from the API. Additionally, only verified talent can be submitted for Whalar Brand Deals.
Creators can authenticate their TikTok and Instagram accounts on Foam. Once connected, the YouTube option will also become available.
Adding Verified Talent
1. Log in to your Foam account.
2. Click on your profile icon in the top right and select "Add Talent".
3. Select the platform you'd like to add manually from the dropdown, enter the creator's handle, and click "Next".
4. Confirm the account you want to add by clicking "Next".
5. Complete the creator's profile by customizing their name and avatar. Once done, click "Next".
6. On the creator's connections page, click the "Invite" button on the right to invite them to authenticate on Foam. This will send an invitation to the creator's preferred email address.
📌If the creator already has a Foam account, make sure to send the invite to the email address associated with their Foam account.
7. Once the creator accepts the invite and connects their social accounts, the manual record will automatically update with the verified one, allowing you to access the creator's detailed metrics.
