How to update your notification preferences
Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner and select Personal settings.
Then, select Notifications Preferences.
On this page, you can enable or disable different types of notifications. To turn a notification on, toggle it until it turns orange and click Save Changes.

How to view your Foam notifications
To check your talent notifications, click the bell icon in the top-right corner of the navigation bar. Here, you can review notifications from the last 30 days.
Alternatively, you can access your notifications directly from the Foam Chrome Extension:

Types of Foam notifications
The following notification options are currently available:
Paid Content 💸 | Get notified when your talent goes live with content containing one of the following hashtags: #ad #sponsored #gifted #advertisement #partnership #anzeige #reklame #spon #sp #partner #paid #publicidade #ambassador #publi #paidpartnership #werbung. |
Milestones 🎉 | Receive a notification when your talent hits one of these follower milestones: Every 5k up to 50k, every 10k up to 100k, every 50k up to 1m, then every 100k. |
Connections and Disconnections 🌐 | Receive a notification when your talent connects a social platform (for the first time or when reconnecting) and whenever your talent’s social platforms disconnect and require reconnecting. |
Content Outliers 📊 | Get notified when your talent's content experiences at least 2x higher or significantly lower engagement than their average. |
Creators’ Birthdays 🎂 | Receive notifications one week before and on the day of your talent's birthday. |
Foam Weekly Report 🔖 | Receive an email notification every Monday with updates on your talent’s follower counts, milestones, post engagement, connection statuses, and more. |
