Restricted Access vs Standard Access
What's the difference between restricted and standard access to their Foam account?
Restricted access:
No Payment or Messages tab on Talent side - payment, brand deals, and campaign details are all handled by agency management
Talent only has view of Connection Dashboard
Standard Access:
Access to the Messaging and Payments sections
Talent can view Tools and Content Tabs
How to Change Access
To change your talent's access to Foam, follow these steps:
Log into your Foam Talent Manager account.
Navigate to Agency Settings.
Select the Talent tab.
Find the creator you’re looking for and click the three dots next to their account. Select Access Settings.
Choose the access you want the talent to have for their Foam account.
And that's it! The access the talent has to their account has now been changed.
