Why Reconnect?
Social media connections on Foam periodically expire for security purposes. Reconnecting is essential to ensure that your content and metrics on Foam are always up to date. This article will provide steps to reconnect Instagram to Foam
TikTok Reconnection Process
1. Log in to your Foam account on your laptop/desktop computer.
2. You'll be directed to the Reconnect your platforms page – select Reconnect TikTok:
You can also reconnect in Foam by navigating to the Tools tab, then selecting Platform Connections:
3. A pop-up message will appear, prompting you to log in to your TikTok account – we recommend selecting the QR code method. For more details, check out this article.
If no TikTok window opens, ensure no pop-up blockers are enabled. Also, if you are already logged into TikTok, your browser may automatically take you to the next step.
4. Login with your credentials. When asked to authorize the connection, make sure the correct TikTok account is displayed here and press Authorize:
If you have multiple TikTok accounts and your incorrect account appears on the screen, click Switch account and log in to the correct account before pressing Authorize:
5. That's it! Your TikTok should now show as connected on your screen:
