Why Reconnect?
Social media connections on Foam periodically expire for security purposes. Reconnecting is essential to ensure that your content and metrics on Foam are always up to date. This article will provide steps to reconnect Instagram to Foam.
Instagram Reconnection Process
1. Log in to your Foam account on a laptop/ desktop computer.
2. Select Reconnect Instagram from the Reconnect your platforms page:
You can also reconnect in Foam by navigating to the Tools tab, then selecting Platform Connections:
3. Type in your Instagram handle and click Connect:
4. Login to your Instagram account with Facebook. Depending on your login status, you'll see one of two popups:
A pop-up message may appear, prompting you to log in to your Facebook account. Enter your login details. If no Facebook window opens, ensure no pop-up blockers are enabled.
If you are already logged into Facebook, your browser will automatically ask you to switch to your Facebook account – click Continue to reconnect your account
5. That's it! Your Instagram should now show as connected on your screen:
