The Wrapped integration enables Myne to issue cashback rewards and branded currency that your customers can spend both in-store and online. This connection ensures a seamless loyalty experience by syncing customer transaction data and automatically applying cashback rewards.
💡 What is Wrapped?
Wrapped is a loyalty platform that provides omnichannel brands with digital gift cards and cashback incentives. It allows businesses to reward customers effortlessly, whether they shop in person or online—helping drive repeat purchases, increase customer value, and strengthen loyalty.
How to Access the Wrapped Integration
Log in to Myne
In the left-hand menu, select Integrations
Scroll to or search for Wrapped
Click the View Integration button to configure the integration
🔐 API Connection Setup
To connect Wrapped to Myne, you’ll need to generate an API key in your Wrapped account:
Create and copy your Wrapped API key
Return to the Myne Wrapped integration page
Paste the API key into the API Key field
Click Connect
Once successfully connected, Wrapped will be marked as Active in Myne.
💸 Cashback Rate Configuration
After connecting, you can configure how cashback rewards are issued to your customers:
Rate (%)
Set the cashback percentage your customers earn on their spending.
Example: 5.00 means customers earn 5% cashback on purchases.Historical Period to Reward (Days)
When a customer links their payment card, you can reward past purchases.
Example: 14 days will reward purchases made up to two weeks prior to linking.Welcome Incentive (AUD)
Set a one-time welcome reward for customers when they connect their card.
Example: $5.00 gives an immediate cashback incentive upon linking.
Once configured, click Save to apply your settings.

Once activated:
Cashback rewards will be automatically applied to synced customer purchases
Customers can use their cashback in-store or online
All logic runs in the background—no manual issuing or tracking required
