On a customers third visit to your business, automatically send them a link to leave a Google review
A group of customers scan your QR code to order at the table and are automatically identified as a returning or new customers, all receiving unique offers and messaging based on their customer journey.
Create an automation which sends to regular customers that haven't visited in 30 days a bespoke message to come in for their favourite dish or coffee.
How to Access
Log into myne
From the left-hand side menu click on the Automations Lightning Bolt
You will land on the main Automations page. View your active & inactive automations, creating new and edit existing automations. Use the slider on each automation to make it active or inactive. Once an Automation is created you will also be able to see information on the Automation such as its triggers, schedules and success.
Templates
Head over to the Templates tab to use our pre-filled automations templates and start your journey. Our templates are easy to understand and provide great guidance.
