Connections Flow Settings

The Connections Flow settings in Myne allow you to fully customise the experience customers see when connecting with your brand.

From this page, you can customise your connection landing page with personalised messaging, visual branding, and incentive-based call-to-actions that drive your customers to complete this process.

How to Access the Connections Flow Settings

  1. Log in to Myne.

  2. From the left-hand menu, click Settings.

  3. At the top of the settings page, select the Connections Flow tab.

You’ll land on a configuration page where you can customise every step of the customer connection experience.

📧 Email Invitation

Use this section to configure the invitation email sent to customers when they are prompted to connect.

  • Subject Line
    The subject line of the connection invitation email. This is your customer’s first impression—keep it clear and inviting.
    Example: “Connect to Earn Rewards at Little West”

  • Invitation Message
    Customise the body of the email with your incentive or value proposition.
    Example: “Connect and you’ll receive a $5 welcome credit, plus 5% cashback on your last two weeks of orders, and on all future orders.”

  • Automatically Invite All New Customers to Connect
    Enable this toggle to auto-send connection invites to any new customers added to your platform via loyalty, CRM, or eCom systems.

🌐 Customer Connection Flow

This section controls what your customers see when they land on the connection page.

  • Upload Background Photo
    Upload a branded image that represents your venue or business. The image will be displayed on the connection landing page—ideal for reinforcing brand identity.
    Supported formats: JPEG, PNG. Max size: 20MB

  • Primary Heading
    The main title shown on the landing page. This should clearly explain the benefit of connecting.
    Example: “Connect once, get rewarded automatically”

  • Subheading
    A brief description that gives context or explains the reward logic.
    Example: “Once you’ve ordered, link your card to receive 5% cashback…”

  • Call to Action (Optional)
    Customise the label for your action button. This could be “Connect,” “Join Now,” or “Claim Reward.” If left blank, a default label will be used.

  • Connection Link
    This is the shareable link to your brand's connection page. Use this in emails, marketing, or in-store signage to direct customers to connect.
