Once you start the connection. myne will start sending all your customer data to Marsello. The following will be synced:

  • Customer Data - Name, Phone, DOB, Tags and Marketing opt-in

    • Any customers already existing in Marsello will be enriched with myne data

  • Customer groups in myne will sync over as tags

  • Transaction data myne has identified

How to setup your integration

Connecting your account

Once you are on the integration setup page you will see the Connections Tab. Please enter your Marsello username and password into the fields and hit Connect. This will begin the sync between your myne and Marsello account.

If you are planning to sync multiple brands to myne

You need a specific user in Marsello for each connection as Marsello does not support company/brand selection during authorisation.

You can use your email and create variations of it if you wish. Example:

Original email - tim@thegoodfoodgroup.com.au

  1. Tim+Pizzapalace@thegoodfoodgroup.com.au

  2. Tim+Theshak@thegoodfoodgroup.com.au

Each brand in myne will require a unique email for your Marsello integration

Historical purchase sync

Transaction data is the most powerful addition to your customer data from myne. Unlike your POS, myne stores every transaction and payment card associated as a unique customer profile.

Once a card is linked to a customer, you can choose how much historical data you want myne to sync to Marsello, noted that the customer will earn points on whatever is synced.

Identify and reward customers

The key factor in rewarding your customers is capturing their details to identify who they are. Setup your rewards in Marsello with points, referral and VIP programs to keep your customers coming back for more.

Even if you have not identified a customer, myne is already creating a profile around a payment card. Learn and setup myne's POS check-in flow to link cards to real customers to start rewarding your customers. Head over to your customers section in myne to see how myne is creating customer profiles.
