What are Connection Flows?

Learn about Connection flows and how they allow you to connect and capture customer details in myne

Updated this week

Connection Flows are how customers connect with your brand in myne.

They define the experience a customer sees when they scan a QR code or open a connection link โ€” from their first check-in through to personalised content, promotions, and actions on future visits.

Connection Flows are designed to make customer recognition seamless, whether itโ€™s a first-time guest or a regular you already know.

What a Connection Flow includes

Connection Flows bring together two key parts of the myne experience:

  • Customer check-in
Where customers share their details to check into the venue (details sent to POS)
    โ€‹

  • Connection Pages
Where customers see personalised content, promotions, and next steps based on who they are and what location they visit.

Together, these allow you to capture customer details once and then deliver smarter, more relevant experiences every time they return.

Why Connection Flows matter

Connection Flows are the foundation of how myne recognises and engages customers.

They allow you to:

  • Identify customers across visits and payments and locations

  • Build a single customer profile across POS, check-in, and ordering

  • Personalise what customers see based on behaviour and loyalty

  • Reduce friction while increasing engagement and conversion

Every promotion, automation, or message in myne starts with a successful connection.

Connection Flows are typically accessed via:

  • QR codes in-venue (doors, tables, counters)

  • Links shared online or in messages

  • Campaign-specific pages for promotions or events

You can create multiple Connection Flows for different use cases, while still recognising the same customer across all of them.
