Learn how you can export assets directly to your CRM platform

Userled enables you to export your generated assets to your CRM. This empowers your teams to use the assets directly from their favourite tools where they spend most of their time.

CRMs are also powerful workflow orchestrators that enable you to run campaigns across your GTM stack.

Prerequisite: Create custom fields in your CRM

Assets are synced against the target object you defined when creating your campaign. If you are targeting accounts, the assets will be synced at account level. For contacts, at the contact level. We therefore require that you create custom properties on the account and contact objects in your CRM if you wish to enable CRM sync.

We recommend creating the following two custom fields

  • userled_landing_page_url: Will store the URL of the personalised landing page you create through Userled.

  • userled_thumbnail_url: Will store the URL of the thumbnail Userled generates for you. The thumbnail is a screenshot of the landing page and can be included in your outreach to personalise outreach message, drive engagement and increase click-through rates and replies.

These fields should be of type Single-line text.

As you adopt Userled further, it may be advised to create multiple customer properties as you create multiple content types.

Tip: make sure the custom fields you have created are visible in the CRM object's profile page so your revenue teams can easily access them.

Exporting assets to your CRM

From any campaign, select the Export tab and open the "Sync to CRM" option.

You will see that each asset type has its own sync option. This is in case you wish to sync multiple assets to your CRM. For example, if you wish to send an outreach cadence with both a tailored landing page and a custom email banner.

You need to select the property to sync each asset to. You have additional options to include preview thumbnails and how to format the asset URL.

Once you click "Save and sync", Userled will start the sync. You should see the assets appearing under your target account/contact profiles in your CRM shortly.
