Guide to use Userled assets in Hubspot Sales sequences

Running Sales sequences from Hubspot is a very common use case and Userled makes it easy to include personalised content experiences in your outreach campaigns.

If you are looking to send emails to one or a few contacts, the quickest option is to manually export assets from the Assets tab.

Personalise Sales sequences at scale

Prerequisite: In order to automate using Userled assets in sequences with many contacts, you must first have exported the assets to your CRM. Follow our guide Exporting assets to your CRM for more information.

As your sales sequences target contacts in your CRM, we recommend generating assets based on contact lists already in your CRM and exporting the assets to those contacts.

Once your assets are synced against the contacts in your CRM, you can follow the guide below to learn how to use these in a Sales outreach sequence.

Include thumbnails for better click through rates

For every asset you generate in Userled, we also generate a thumbnail preview. This thumbnail can be used to show recipients a preview of the personalised asset. This increases click through rates upwards of 47% as it increases trust and gives recipients a preview of the personalised content.

Hubspot Sales sequences unfortunately don't enable adding images. However, we found a workaround for you. Small caveat, it is a bit technical and requires going into your browser's developer console and sniffing some network requests ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ’ป.
