Overview
All credits—whether from your subscription or purchased as top-ups—expire three months after your last purchase. This three-month timer resets whenever you buy more credits or renew your subscription.
How It Works
Purchase on May 5 → expires Aug 5 (unless another purchase occurs).
Purchase again on July 1 → all remaining credits now expire Oct 1.
Expired Credits
Once credits expire, they are permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
After Cancelling Your Subscription
If your subscription is cancelled or payment is not made, all remaining credits expire strictly 3 months after the last payment has been made.
