πŸ’‘ Important Policy Details (New as of Feb 1, 2026)

1. Credit Expiration & Rollover

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Unused credits roll over for one (1) additional billing cycle. This gives each credit a maximum lifespan of 60 days from the date of issuance.

  • One-Time Purchases (PAYG): These credits expire strictly 35 days after the date of purchase and do not roll over.

  • Cancellations: If you cancel your subscription, all remaining credits will expire 35 days after your last successful payment.

2. Maximum Credit Balance (3x Cap)

To keep account balances manageable, we apply a Subscription Ceiling:

  • Your account cannot accrue new monthly subscription credits if your balance is already three times (3x) your monthly plan allowance.

  • Example: If you are on the 1,000-credit plan, your balance is capped at 3,000 credits. If you reach this cap, no new credits will be added at renewal until your balance drops.

3. Plan Downgrades

  • If you move to a lower-tier plan, your total credit balance will be trimmed to 3x the limit of your new plan at the start of the next billing cycle.
