The three plans
Starter
The entry plan for individuals and small volumes. It includes the full research and writing engine, all three modes, automations, API and MCP access, and unlimited team members.
Three things are limited on Starter:
Qualification warnings: you see that a lead was flagged and the issue title, but not the full findings.
Research exports: exporting researched data to your CRM or files is not included.
No rollover: your remaining balance expires at each monthly renewal. This includes credits from top-up packs bought during that month.
Pro
The full self-serve plan, available in several monthly credit sizes. Pro includes everything in Starter, plus full warning details, research exports, and credit rollover (capped at three times your monthly allowance).
Enterprise
For organizations with custom security and procurement needs. On top of Pro: custom workflows and integrations built for your stack, email infrastructure and deliverability support, audit logs and data residency, and a custom SLA for the API and MCP. Contact us for a demo.
Top-up credit packs
Subscribers on any plan can buy one-time credit packs on top of their monthly allowance.
Subscription required: credit packs can only be purchased with an active subscription.
On Pro and Enterprise: pack credits are valid for 60 days from purchase. Buying another pack extends your entire remaining balance to 60 days from that purchase.
On Starter: pack credits expire at your next monthly renewal, together with the rest of your balance, so buy packs sized for what you will use before your renewal date.
What a credit buys
All plans draw on the same credit balance, and what a lead costs depends on the mode you generate it in:
Base: 1 credit per lead
High: 2 credits per lead
Ultra: 10 credits for the first message step, then 2 for each additional step
You choose the mode per lead, so a large prospecting list and a short list of strategic accounts do not have to cost the same. Modes are available on every plan. See How Modes Work: Base, High, and Ultra.
Credit lifespan at a glance
Pro and Enterprise: unused credits roll over while your subscription is active. At renewal, your balance is capped at three times your monthly allowance. Top-up packs are valid 60 days from purchase.
Starter: your remaining balance, including top-up pack credits, expires at each monthly renewal.
Free trial credits: 30 days from sign-up. If you subscribe before they expire, they roll into your balance.
Cancellations: remaining credits stay usable until five days after your paid period ends.
