Step 1: Create a Sequence/ Campaign
Click the plus (+) button to create a new sequence.
Select a persona (e.g., Outbound Consultant) and ideal customer profile. Twain provides pre-filled fields, such as Problem, Solution, etc.
To apply the sequence to multiple leads, click the plus (+) next to Prospects and choose Upload a list.
Step 2: Prepare Your CSV File
Export your leads from LinkedIn Sales Navigator or another source.
Include columns like First Name, Last Name, Email, and any other relevant info (e.g., LinkedIn summary, company name).
Upload the CSV file to Twain
Step 3: Generate the Sequence
Select a lead to preview the campaign.
Twain will generate a sequence (e.g., 1 intro email + 3 follow-ups).
Download the generated sequence or check your email for a copy.
Step 4: Create a Campaign in Instantly AI
Go to Instantly AI and create a New Campaign.
Upload the CSV file with your leads. Instantly AI will automatically map standard fields (Email, First Name, Last Name).
Map additional fields if needed (e.g., LinkedIn URL, Company Domain) using Custom Variables.
Step 5: Add Your Sequence Steps
Insert Twain messages into the campaign using the uploaded custom variables.
Add each message as a separate step (Step 1, Step 2, Step 3, Step 4).
Set your subject line and any additional variables (signature, unsubscribe link).
Step 6: Preview and Launch
Preview the sequence for each lead.
Make sure messages are personalized correctly.
Save and launch the campaign.
Tips:
You can scale this for tens, hundreds, or thousands of leads.
Always double-check field mappings to ensure personalisation works.
Keep your sequence simple at first, then add triggers or additional instructions if needed.
