A1: NO, Usewalter pulls the information from Condo Manager but Usewalter does not push information to Condo Manager.
Q2: If I make changes to an EXISTING RESIDENTS, how should I do it?
A2: Since we’re using email or mobile phone number to identify a resident, only changing it in one platform and not both will cause a sync issue and may cause duplicated residents
Best Practice: If you want to update a clients email address or phone number, make sure to change it in Condo Manager AND Usewalter. By doing this, the platforms will not create duplicate residents.
