Locate request software updates launch on February 4, 2026.
BYDP’s system will be offline from 11:00 pm MST on February 3, until 1:00 am MST on February 4, 2026, while the new features are implemented.
February 3: 11:00 pm MST.
BYDP’s system goes offline. Tickets cannot be submitted online, and no tickets will be transmitted to members or excavators.
BYDP will report all emergency locate request details to members and/or locators over the phone.
February 4: 1:00 am MST.
BYDP’s system comes back online with all updates implemented. Emergency locate requests that came in during the maintenance window will be entered into the system and transmitted to members and excavators.
Daily Summary Reports
Members that receive daily summary reports will receive the report after the above maintenance window. The summary report will be sent in the updated format, with ticket types and revision numbers included in the report. All tickets sent on February 3 will include revision number -000 within your summary report on February 4.
