What’s Changing?

Revision Numbers. The eleven-digit ticket number assigned to a locate request remains the same throughout the lifespan of the job. All cancelations, relocates, and edits that don’t affect the work location result in an incremental increase to the three-digit revision number following the ticket number. This allows for easier ticket tracking for all parties.

Multi dig site mapping. Multiple work areas can be drawn on the map of a single Project, Large Project, or Planning & Design ticket. Ticket types still follow the same dig size parameters (ie. Between 1,000 and 60,000 square meters for project tickets in urban areas) with the ability to draw multiple dig locations within those parameters. Multi dig site mapping enhances virtual white-lining by providing facility owners and locators with precise work locations in large work areas.
