How do I add my V1CE card to my email signature?

You need the Plus plan. Go to your dashboard, click My Signature, and create your email signature. You can then copy the HTML and paste it into your email client.

Step by step

  1. Log in at app.v1ce.co

  2. Click My Signature in the left menu

  3. Customise your signature with your name, title, and V1CE link

  4. Click Copy HTML or Copy Signature

  5. Paste it into your email client's signature settings

Adding the signature to common email clients

Gmail

  1. Go to Gmail Settings (cog icon) > See all settings

  2. Scroll down to the Signature section

  3. Click Create new

  4. Paste the V1CE signature HTML

  5. Save Changes

Outlook (desktop)

  1. Go to File > Options > Mail > Signatures

  2. Click New

  3. Paste the V1CE signature

  4. Click OK and Save

Outlook (web)

  1. Go to Settings (cog icon) > View all Outlook settings

  2. Click Mail > Compose and reply

  3. Paste the signature in the Email signature box

  4. Save

Apple Mail

  1. Go to Mail > Settings > Signatures

  2. Click the + button to create a new signature

  3. Paste the V1CE signature

  4. Close settings

What does the email signature include?

Your V1CE email signature typically includes:

• Your name and job title • Your contact details • A link to your V1CE digital profile • Your profile photo or company logo • A "Save my contact" button

Can Teams use a shared signature template?

Yes. On the Teams plan, the admin can create a signature template that all team members use. Each person's details are filled in automatically from their profile.

I do not see the My Signature option

The email signature builder is a Plus or Teams feature. If you are on the free plan, upgrade to Plus to access it.
