How do I add my V1CE profile to my email signature?

Go to your dashboard, click My Signature, customise it with your details, and copy the code into your email client. Every email you send becomes a way to share your profile.

Step by step

  1. Log in at app.v1ce.co

  2. Click My Signature in the left menu

  3. Add your name, title, contact details, and V1CE link

  4. Upload your photo or company logo

  5. Add a booking link button if you want

  6. Add social icons and a disclaimer

  7. Customise the design: colours, positions, icons, and dividers

  8. Click Save

  9. Click Copy signature and choose your email platform

  10. Follow the instructions to paste it into your email settings

Adding to Gmail

  1. Go to Gmail Settings (cog icon) > See all settings

  2. Scroll down to the Signature section

  3. Click Create new

  4. Paste the V1CE signature

  5. Save changes

Adding to Outlook (desktop)

  1. Go to File > Options > Mail > Signatures

  2. Click New

  3. Paste the V1CE signature

  4. Click OK and Save

Adding to Outlook (web)

  1. Go to Settings (cog icon) > View all Outlook settings

  2. Click Mail > Compose and reply

  3. Paste the signature in the Email signature box

  4. Save

Adding to Apple Mail

  1. Go to Mail > Settings > Signatures

  2. Click the + button to create a new signature

  3. Paste the V1CE signature

  4. Close settings

What does the email signature include?

Can Teams use a shared signature template?

Yes. On the Teams plan, the admin creates a signature template that all team members use. Each person's details fill in automatically.
