How do I find my way around the V1CE dashboard?
Your V1CE dashboard at app.v1ce.co is where you manage every part of V1CE: your pages, your CRM, your card activations, the Services you sell, your check-ins to contacts, your bookings, your Agreements, and your analytics. This article tours the V1CE ClientCapture OS dashboard (the current version). If you are still on the legacy V1CE Plus, Pro, or Teams software, see the legacy section at the bottom for the older labels.
Which V1CE software am I on
If your sidebar shows Dashboard, Pages, CRM, Scout, Insights, Team, and Settings, you are on V1CE ClientCapture OS (the current platform). If your sidebar shows Digital Cards, Profiles, Devices, Contacts, Flows, Broadcasts, Track, Storefront, you are on the legacy V1CE Plus, Pro, or Teams software. The features are similar but the labels and layout differ.
V1CE ClientCapture OS sidebar (always visible)
These items are always in the left sidebar on V1CE ClientCapture OS:
Dashboard
The main overview. Shows your recent activity, top-line stats for your pages, and quick links to your most-used features. Path: app.v1ce.co/dashboard.
Pages
Where you build and edit the V1CE pages that your card taps and QR scans go to. Drag and drop blocks (about, links, reviews, portfolio, Services, etc.) to design each page. Path: app.v1ce.co/pages.
CRM
Your contacts, tasks, and pipeline. Every contact captured through your page's Contact Capture form lands here. From the CRM you can add notes, set tasks, log calls, and follow up. Path: app.v1ce.co/crm.
Scout (beta)
V1CE's AI research assistant. Scout helps you research contacts before a meeting, summarise what you know about a company, and pull together notes from public sources. Currently in beta. Path: app.v1ce.co/scout.
Insights
Analytics across your pages, taps, and activity. See how many people tapped your card, who viewed your pages, where they came from, and which links got the most clicks. Path: app.v1ce.co/insights.
Team
If your plan includes team management, this is where you add team members, assign cards, and manage roles. The Team section is conditional and only appears for accounts with the right plan. Path: app.v1ce.co/team.
Settings
Your account-level settings: page details, login email, password, billing, notifications, and integrations. Path: app.v1ce.co/settings.
Under the "More" button
The "More" button on the sidebar opens a menu with the rest of V1CE's features:
Smart follow-ups
Email sequences to contacts you have captured. Set up a welcome email that sends instantly, or schedule follow-ups to send later, or build a multi-step sequence. Path: app.v1ce.co/follow-ups.
Check-ins
One-off emails sent to a group of your contacts at once (formerly called Broadcasts). Use Check-ins for product announcements, event invites, monthly updates, or any message that goes to many contacts at the same time. Path: app.v1ce.co/check-ins.
Bookings
Your booking link. Connect your calendar (Google, Outlook, iCloud), set your available hours, and contacts pick a meeting time from your page. Path: app.v1ce.co/bookings.
Agreements
V1CE's e-signature feature (legally binding in the UK, US, and EU, GDPR-compliant). Create an Agreement, send it to a contact, get it signed. Path: app.v1ce.co/agreements.
Services
Sell digital products, services, or paid bookings directly from your V1CE page (formerly called Storefront). Customers pay through your own Stripe account, with V1CE taking 0% of the transaction. Path: app.v1ce.co/digital-products.
Wallet pass
Save your V1CE page to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Share your details by showing the QR code from your phone, even without your physical card. Path: app.v1ce.co/wallet-pass.
Email signature
Build an email signature with your photo, contact details, booking button, and V1CE page link. Copy it and paste it into Gmail, Outlook, or Apple Mail. Free on V1CE ClientCapture OS. Path: app.v1ce.co/email-signatures.
QR codes
Generate QR codes for any of your V1CE pages, with custom branding. Use these on business cards, posters, table tents, or anywhere you need a scannable link. Path: app.v1ce.co/qr-codes.
