How do I set up my email signature in V1CE?

On V1CE ClientCapture OS, the email signature builder is free on V1CE Free Forever. Log in at app.v1ce.co, open the Email signature item under the More menu, build your signature with your photo, contact details, a booking button, and your V1CE page link, then copy it into your email client.

How to set up your V1CE email signature on V1CE ClientCapture OS

  1. Log in at app.v1ce.co

  2. Open the More menu and click Email signature

  3. Toggle the email signature feature on

  4. Click Get started

  5. Name your email signature

  6. Add your personal and company information

  7. Upload your photo and logo

  8. Add a booking link button that goes directly to your meeting calendar

  9. Add social icons and a disclaimer if you want

  10. Click Edit design to customise colours, positions, icons, and dividers

  11. Click Save

  12. Click Copy signature, choose your email platform, and follow the instructions

  13. Paste the signature into your email client's signature settings

Every email you send now includes your V1CE page link, booking button, photo, and contact details.

If you can't find the Email signature option, your V1CE software may not have the feature on your plan. Contact V1CE support.

Is the email signature builder free?

Yes. On V1CE ClientCapture OS, the email signature builder is available on V1CE Free Forever. You do not need to be on a paid plan to use it.

Adding the signature to common email clients

Gmail

  1. Go to Gmail Settings (cog icon), See all settings

  2. Scroll down to the Signature section

  3. Click Create new

  4. Paste the V1CE signature

  5. Save Changes

Outlook (desktop)

  1. Go to File, Options, Mail, Signatures

  2. Click New

  3. Paste the V1CE signature

  4. Click OK and Save

Outlook (web)

  1. Go to Settings (cog icon), View all Outlook settings

  2. Click Mail, Compose and reply

  3. Paste the signature in the Email signature box

  4. Save

Apple Mail

  1. Go to Mail, Settings, Signatures

  2. Click the + button to create a new signature

  3. Paste the V1CE signature

  4. Close settings

What does the V1CE email signature include?

Your V1CE email signature typically includes:

Your name and job title.

Your contact details.

A link to your V1CE page.

Your photo or company logo.

A "Save my contact" button.

A booking link button.

If you are on legacy V1CE Plus, Pro, or Teams software

If your dashboard has a link switcher at the top, you are on the legacy V1CE software. On legacy V1CE Plus, Pro, or Teams, the email signature builder was a paid feature. If you cannot see the Email signature option on the legacy software, either upgrade your plan, or contact V1CE support to be moved onto V1CE ClientCapture OS where the email signature builder is free.
