What is the difference between Plus and Teams?
V1CE offers three tiers: a free Smart Card plan, the Plus plan for individuals, and Teams for groups of two or more people. Here is exactly what each one includes and costs.
The free Smart Card plan
Every V1CE Smart Card comes with free software for life. When you buy any physical Smart Card, you get:
• A fully customisable digital profile • NFC tap and QR code sharing • Unlimited profile edits • One digital card per account • Basic analytics (total taps and scans)
This is everything you need to share your details and look professional. There is no monthly fee and no expiry.
The Plus plan
Plus is designed for individual professionals who want the full V1CE platform. It costs £119.99 per year ($155.99/year) or £9.99 per month ($12.99/month).
Everything in the free plan, plus:
• Contact capture forms on your profile • Automated follow-up emails via Flows • Email signature builder • CRM integrations (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, webhooks) • Advanced analytics (who tapped, when, where) • Apple and Google Wallet pass • Video embedding on your profile • Custom domain support • Multiple digital profiles with profile switching • Priority support
When you sign up for Plus, you get a 30-day free trial. You can cancel at any time during the trial without being charged.
The Teams plan
Teams is for two or more people who want shared branding and central management. Pricing scales based on the number of users. Teams includes everything in Plus for every team member, plus:
• Central admin console to manage all cards • Team Templates so every card matches your brand • Bulk card management and assignment • Add or remove team members from one dashboard • Shared analytics across the team • Bulk ordering with volume discounts
For teams of 15 or more, the Unlimited plan offers the best value with additional enterprise features.
Which plan should I choose?
• Just sharing your details? The free Smart Card plan is all you need. • Want to capture contacts and follow up automatically? Go with Plus. • Ordering for two or more people? Teams saves money and gives you central control.
How do I upgrade?
Log in to your dashboard at app.v1ce.co
Go to Settings
Click Manage Subscriptions
Select the plan you want
Your upgrade takes effect immediately.
What about the metal card?
The card material (PVC, bamboo, or metal) is separate from your software plan. You can use any card material on any plan. Metal cards are a one-time purchase alongside whichever plan you choose.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. You can upgrade from free to Plus, or from Plus to Teams, at any time from your dashboard. If you downgrade, you keep your current plan until the end of your billing period.
