V1CE has two current plans: Free Forever (the tier you get when you buy a V1CE card) and V1CE ClientCapture OS (the paid tier with the full feature set). To check which plan you are on, log in at app.v1ce.co, click Settings, then Manage Subscriptions. Your current plan, renewal date, and billing details are shown there. Legacy customers may still be on older V1CE Plus, V1CE Pro, or V1CE Teams plans which are no longer sold to new customers.

V1CE Free Forever is the tier you get when you buy a V1CE card. There is no monthly fee. It includes everything you need to share your details, capture basic contacts, and use your V1CE card day to day.

What Free Forever includes:

• Your V1CE card linked to a V1CE page

• One V1CE page that you fully customise (about, links, social icons, photos)

• Contact Capture form on your page (collect contacts who tap your card)

• Wallet pass for Apple Wallet or Google Wallet

• Email signature builder

• QR codes for your page

• Save Contact / vCard sharing

• Basic Insights (page views, taps)

Free Forever stays free as long as you have a V1CE account. There is no time limit and no upgrade on its own.

V1CE ClientCapture OS is V1CE's paid tier. It unlocks the full feature set on top of everything in Free Forever, including the V1CE CRM, Smart follow-ups, Check-ins, Agreements, Services, Scout, and unlimited pages. Pricing is shown on v1ce.co.

What V1CE ClientCapture OS adds on top of Free Forever:

• V1CE CRM — full contact management with tasks, notes, and tags. Replaces external CRMs like HubSpot or Pipedrive.

• Smart follow-ups — set up welcome emails that send the moment a contact fills in your Contact Capture form, plus scheduled follow-ups and multi-step sequences

• Check-ins — send one-off messages to a group of your contacts at once

• Agreements — V1CE's e-signature feature. Create, send, and get signed agreements that are legally binding in the UK, US, and EU, and GDPR-compliant

V1CE ClientCapture OS is charged monthly. There is no annual plan currently. A 30-day free trial is available so you can test everything before paying.

If you signed up to V1CE before V1CE ClientCapture OS launched, you may be on one of these older plans:

• V1CE Plus — legacy paid plan, charged per V1CE page (link). Replaced by V1CE ClientCapture OS for new customers.

• V1CE Pro — legacy paid plan. Different feature set from the current V1CE ClientCapture OS but same family.
