How do I set up and manage my team in V1CE?

Go to your dashboard, click Teams, and invite your members. You can manage their profiles, cards, and branding from one place.

How to create your team

  1. Log in at app.v1ce.co

  2. Click Teams in the left menu

  3. Click Invite member

  4. Enter their name, email, job title, and phone number

  5. Optionally, create a Smart Link for them

  6. Add them to a sub-team for easier management (e.g. Sales, Marketing)

  7. Click Send invite

They will receive an email to join your team. Once they accept, you can manage their profile and cards.

What you can do as a team admin

Edit member profiles: Update anyone's details, photo, and links • Assign Smart Cards: Link physical cards to any team member's profile • Set brand guidelines: Lock colours, logos, and templates so everyone stays on brand • Create sub-teams: Organise members by department, office, or role • View team analytics: See taps, profile views, and contacts across your whole team

How to remove a team member

  1. Go to Teams

  2. Find the member you want to remove

  3. Click the three dots menu (•••) next to their name

  4. Select Remove from team

Their profile stays on their own account. Their Smart Card is unlinked and can be reassigned.

Can team members edit their own profiles?

Yes. Team members can update their own details unless the admin has locked certain fields. Locked fields (like logo, colours, and template) stay consistent across the team.
